Analysis

GKTW NEeds Analysis Sample Meet and Greet.pdf

Course Analysis: Give Kids the World Village Nonprofit Volunteer Project

This is a working document that I created for my ID team after conducting an on-site Needs Analysis and Learner Analysis at the Give Kids the World Village in Kissimmee, FL. After our Kick-Off meeting, I edited the content to reflect the discussed changes, and added additional clarifying questions to ask the subject matter experts at the next meeting in order to progress the instructional design project.

Give Kids the World is a renown nonprofit resort that provides critically-ill children cost-free vacations in Orlando, FL. The organization requires thousands of volunteers per year to come work shifts, fulfilling hundreds of various roles across the resort. The goal of our project was to create a digitized, streamlined, consistent approach to training in order to provide a more comprehensive learning experience for volunteers and to decrease the amount of in-person training for resort coordinators.

Due to my initiative and organizational skills, I was able to act as liaison between the organization and the ID team, as well as ensure that our project move forward more quickly than projected.

Borescope Analysis.pdf

Course Analysis: OJT Manual Creation at Aerospace Company

This is a working document that I created to document the analysis process preceding the creation of on-the-job training manuals for Borescope Inspection. The process included an action plan, stakeholder identification, inventory of the different types of borescopes used across the state, online research on my end to help match makes and models, determination of manual quantity and content with key leaders, course outline creation, and SME identification per module center.

Due to my initiative and organizational skills, I was able to act as liaison between the key stakeholders of multiple areas, the ID team, and the SMEs on the floor, to facilitate the creation of manuals specific to each module center.

Training Plans

Training Plans

Sample Training Plans for Hourly Operators and Quality Inspectors at an aerospace manufacturing company that outlines all required and recommended training upon hire and as employees progress through labor grades. It provides a detailed list of training for training managers and leaders, facilitates accurate course assignment via the inclusion of course codes and training type, and displays the training overlap and distinction among various groups of employees. I also created corresponding Proficiency Maps to provide employees with a concise outline of their "plan of study" that could be distributed physically or digitally.
