VILT & ILT Samples

This is a design document for a virtual instructor-led training for a company that has a large population of virtual employees. The goals are to equip employees with tools and strategies to develop and maintain time management skills. As a result, employees are better able to maximize time, increase productivity while delivering high quality work, and enjoy a healthy work-life balance that prevents burnout. 

The training was built using Microsoft PowerPoint, and is intended to be delivered through a synchronous video meeting. The training includes various interactions to engage participants in reflection, collaboration, and hands-on activities, such as the use of the whiteboard feature, chat, breakout rooms, outside links for participants to explore, and an embedded video created in Vyond.

The Facilitator's Guide was created in Microsoft Word, and outlines the pre-work responsibilities, slide by slide directions, and post-session tasks for the facilitator and producer. The facilitator is able to follow along using the SAY, DO, ASK, EXPLAIN headings throughout the guide, as well as personally elaborating on the content.
